Appointment Policies

BOOKING SAME DAY:
If you would like to schedule an appointment that is less than 24 hours from the time being requested, please message me on the contact us page.
SALON HOURS
My salon hours are 9:00a.m. to 5:30 p.m. I am happy to make accommodations for early or late evening appointments but please be aware last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours' notice) to an evening hour will be a $20 surcharge.
ALLERGIES:
If you are allergic to any topical creams or oils, please let me know prior to your appointment. I always make sure to ask but sometimes I can forget and the cuticle oil and lotions I use are natural lavender, jasmine, honeysuckle, citrus etc.!
FIRST TIME CLIENTS
Please, I would prefer that you remove your current acrylic if you have any on from the previous salon. For your safety and mine it is best to have your nails safely soaked off professionally and not ripped off as this can cause permanent damage to your nail beds (brittle and paper-thin nails). You also have the option to remove them yourself with 100% pure acetone using a glass bowl. I also, for safety reasons, do not prefer to remove other salons acrylic. If I must do so I will require the use of masks and a $25 fee to the final price will be charged.
FILL-INS ON PREVIOUS SALON WORK
Please be advised that I cannot guarantee how long the nails will last if I do this. I cannot guarantee no lifting will occur. How nails were applied originally will play a major role in lifting and strength.
LATE SHOWS/CANCELLATION FEES
I like to use mostly every minute of our appointment time to make sure that your nails are crafted to PERFECTION! Being late will take away some of that time. If you are going to be late, PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP by calling/texting (706) 945-7607. If you must cancel your appointment under 48 hours in advance you will be required to pay a $25 cancellation fee. If you choose not to send this in before booking your next appointment, you will be banned from booking with me until the fee is paid.
Because my finished product is very important to me if you are more than 20 minutes late and I have an appointment coming after you we will need to reschedule for another time, and you need to pay the $25 cancellation fee. If you choose not to send this, you cannot book another appointment until it is paid.
NO SHOWS!!
If you are a no show, no call/text. You will be banned PERMANENTLY. I do not tolerate rudeness. Everyone has time for a text unless there is an emergency.
CLEANLINESS, PROFESIONALISM, and PREPPING!!
Please note that you understand when booking with me that I am a nail technician apprentice. All of my utensils are cleaned with medical grade sanitizers after every set to provide clients with the safest experience. Air filter for help with ventilation. Please come with your hands washed at least 1 hour prior to the appointment, if possible, to be ready for prepping. This is an extra precaution we can do to prevent lifting as a team.
